We love to put together fantastic bespoke packages, so please do let us know if you have specific requirements or something special in mind - the more information you are able to give us, the more we can tailor the holiday to suit you! We want to give you the best possible quotation, so if you have any flexibility in your dates and requirements, please let us know that too.
Once you have chosen your tropical holiday, we will confirm availability, price, and reserve the flight seats and accommodation. We cannot reserve charter flight seats without a deposit and completed booking form but don't worry, our lovely team of experts will guide you through the process from start to finish.
Once you decide you wish to go ahead with your holiday, a deposit is payable - this is usually £250 per person for hotel holidays plus an additional 35% for sailing holidays or 25% for villa holidays, although a higher deposit may be payable in certain circumstances.
A link to our booking form will be emailed to you, which you can also find in any email you have received from our sales team. This is to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions and to make sure that all details of your holiday are correct. All party members' names must be spelt exactly as they appear on the passports, which is vital to ensure that you do not incur any charges for making subsequent changes if needed. We also check that passports are in date and will be valid at the time of travel. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you book so that you are covered against cancellation charges due to unforeseen circumstances. The balance of your holiday is due 70 days before your departure - we will specify the date on your confirmation invoice. Please ensure that the balance payment is sent as soon as it is due as late payments are treated as a cancellation.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). As of 13 January 2018, no surcharge will be added for payments made by personal credit or debit cards but a 2.5% surcharge will apply for payment by company card. We do not accept payment by American Express or non-UK bank card. We will process card payments based on the type of card advised by the client, however, we reserve the right to surcharge the client if the bank later charges the company.
E-tickets are issued and will be posted by second class mail 2-3 weeks prior to your departure to the address of the party leader.
All the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
